30 to 35-degree angle
• After two heats upsets do 4 sets of 6-8 heavy repetitions.

• On the last set put the weight and do another 4 reps without break. (It hurts, but it really works!)

Trick: Slightly roll up your back, but make sure your rear-end stays solid against the bench. Warning: don’t rebound the weight off your chest.
