30 to 35 – degree angle
• 3 sets of 6-8 repetitions with so many weights that you can manage with good form.

• On the last set put the weight and remake another 6 reps without a break. (You should be ultra-pumped by now!)

Trick: fold your elbows and guard your arms locked in this position during the movement. Warning: don’t fold your head or shoulders off the bench.
