Being a former Goldern Gloves boxer, the trainer of Manhattan, Clay Burwell, knows a thing or two about the training of arms.
When it comes to building big biceps, you cannot really get lost to make a kind of loop, but it doesn’t mean that you cannot make vary your sessions of training with a number curling offshoots.

In the below Burwell- designed routine, two clusters of body-building (incline buckles of barbells and buckles of cable) are grouped with TRX buckles, where you increase your physical weight by using only your muscles.

This free combination of body-building, the constant tension supplied by cables and gymnastics-like strength movement will supply a spark to help raise even the firmest of biceps peaks.

And because no good pair of arms is ended without the adequate forearm and grip strength, Burwell threw in a grueling farmer’s walk with four hanging kettlebells.
