#4 – Boat Pose
Sit down on the carpet, with vast legs and hands at sides. Raise the feet of the carpet with the folded knees and the shins parallel to the ground. By guarding committed abdominal muscles, move back slightly but stays as far as possible on the seated bones.
Reach fingers forward, keeping hands aligned with shoulders. Breathe uniformly, stretching out the sides of the body when you balance on sit bones.
