For most women, mothering is such an incredible experience — mentally, emotionally and, of course, physically. As we know, after childbirth, the muscles and skin of the belly are becoming slack and loose. Don’t worry, in our magazine, we focus our efforts to take care of your body. Here we are some exercises that strengthen the core of your body.
During the practice of these ab exercises, begin by taking some breaths in every pose. As you create some strength, try to increase the number of breaths which you take.
You will need a carpet of yoga or a towel.
